How long does delivery take?
Within the UAE, standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days and express the next working day. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 working days. Every order is dispatched within 24 hours, wrapped by hand.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver across all seven emirates and worldwide. Shipping is complimentary on orders over 250 AED; any customs duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
How should I care for my pieces?
Chiffon may be hand-washed cold and hung to dry. Silk tarha is best dry cleaned to preserve its sheen. Keep both away from direct heat and perfume.
